• Once you join you will be given access to the Smart Traders Mastermind website which includes the exclusive discussion forum for you to connect with other members, plus bonuses and an area to download the teleconference recordings.
  
  
• Once a quarter you will participate in a 90 minute Smart Traders Mastermind teleconference call facilitated by me personally. The call will include 45 minutes of discussion by me on a specific topic, review of indices and showcase of actual trades. Plus, 45 minutes of Q&A time – again facilitated by me, which will be your opportunity to ask questions about your trading, and areas that you’d specifically like further assistance on.
  
  
• The teleconference calls will start at 8pm (EST) and are generally scheduled for the last Tuesday at the end of each quarter – March, June, September and December. Note: I will schedule the call a week or two earlier for the December quarter to allow for holidays and Christmas break. An email will be sent confirming the date of the next teleconference session a month in advance.
  
  
• Three days prior to the teleconference start date you will be emailed instructions which will include a local capital city telephone number and pin number that you will use to connect to the teleconference call.
  
  
• You will also be emailed the comprehensive notes for each teleconference call 24 hours prior to the teleconference start time. The notes will be used for discussion during the teleconference and you can read them after the event and refer to them anytime.
  
  
• Preferably you have email and internet access available while you are on the teleconference. As we may discuss websites and you may want to look things up whilst on the call.
  
  
• You will have the opportunity to ask questions during each teleconference call and you can continue to bounce ideas off each other on the private Mastermind discussion forum.
  
  
• The teleconferences will be recorded and made available to you. If you are unable to listen in to one session you then have the ability to download the mp3 recording and listen to it after the event.

What if I can’t make a live call – will I miss much?
All teleconference sessions will be recorded and made available to all members as an mp3 file a few days after each teleconference session. So it does not matter if you miss a session - you will still receive the comprehensive notes via email and be given access to the live recordings of the calls to download and listen to anytime.

What if I want to ask a question and can’t make the live call?
Whilst it is always easier to be on the live call to ask your question, you will have the opportunity to email your question to me directly to have it answered on the live call. That way when you listen to the live recording – you can hear the answer to your specific question.

What exactly is a teleconference call, and how much will it cost?
Teleconference calls are live, interactive 'Seminars' conducted over the telephone which allow many callers to be connected at once and can be accessed from any location around the world.

You can join each teleconference call from the comfort of your own home, office or wherever is convenient. Teleconference calls offer an ideal learning environment because they are easy and convenient to attend - no travelling, babysitters to organise, hotels, meals, traffic or parking hassles.

There are no additional costs for the teleconference call - just your normal phone charges to call your local Australian capital city telephone number for the duration of the teleconference - you will need to check these costs with your provider.

When are the Mastermind calls held?
The Mastermind calls will most likely be held on the last Tuesday of each quarter at 8pm EST - March, June, September and December. These times and dates may vary, especially over the Christmas New Year period. I will hold the December call a week or two earlier before Christmas.

Why is the Mastermind on-going rather than a fixed time?
The Smart Traders Mastermind is unlike any other you may have experienced before. It’s not a ‘one time’ teleconference or a quick fix. It’s a long term program that I have designed for serious traders who want to continue there trading journey and who are willing to commit at least 12 months or more to continue to learn everything they need to take their business of trading to the next level.
